The insulator is designed to take 12-40mm Horse Tape or 7mm Polirope. It fits over all comman Y-standards and is ideal for economically creating padocks, especially when wanting to cut larger existing padocks in half. The plastic "Cap" covers the top of the Y-standard protecting the horse from the steel edges of the standard.
